I am trying to create an adaptive card that replies to a channel post AND also waits for a response. As of today, there are two actions available for Microsoft Teams adaptive cards: (A) Reply with adaptive card in a channel AND (B) Post an adaptive card to a Teams channel and wait for a response. I am looking for a method to combine the two of these. I need to reply to a teams channel message with an adaptive card, get the response for that card, and input that to the next step of the power app. Please let me know if anyone knows a workaround for this. Much appreciated!
