Today, this seems the bug that I have come across. All the css entries seem to be duplicated.

this sometimes happens when the portal is loading. It will probably go away later that day.
Can you check if you as well have 2 webfiles for each of these items?
Yes, it went away after a few hours.
as you are opening a lot of topics. Please mark a solution once the problem is solved or solved itself, so no other people have to spend time on going through "closed" topics.
