Name isn't valid. 'SharePointForm1' isn't recognized

I've built a PowerApp that's been running for a while, and out of the blue it stopped working. It's built in the context of SharePoint list, and when the form loads, it just throws an error. When I go to the edit the app, under SharePointIntegration > OnNew, OnEdit, OnSave, etc all have the same "Name isn't valid. 'SharePointForm1' isn't recognized" for the SharePoint list this PowerApp is based on.

Nothing has changed in this app since March.

Hi @csteiner73 ,

It certainly is not on the "Main" screen you have in your image - have you accidentally deleted it ?

It's the default form when you create a powerapp from sharepoint list

Yes, but I cannot see it on your screenshot and I suspect it is not in the other screens either (or you would not have that error unless you have renamed it) - so I suspect you have accidentally deleted it
