I understand that the Mail connector has a limit of 100 calls per 24 hour period. If we have multiple Power Automates that use this connector, does each one have a limit of 100, or do all consume the same 100?

The limitation literally means API calls per Connection is 100 every 24 hours.
If you have multiple power Automate but using the same Mail connection, total consumption will be 100. But if you create a connection for each power Automate, it will have 100 API calls for each power Automate.
