ReportI have a form that i would like to use power automate on and that once responses is in for those multiple questions (with 34 options) the options will be separated into each row separately in the excel file to ease the filter function and not all multiple answers in one column. I have 3 questions with multiple questions where they can choose multiple answers.
In addition to that, i would like to create the approval based on the answer they choose on the last question.
Kindly assist the flow on how i should prepare. Thank you
