Automatically Populate Link to Microsoft Form in Newly Created Folder (SharePoint)

Hi, 

 

Would anyone know how to automatically populate link to a Microsoft Form in newly created folder on SharePoint (the folder is also being populated automatically). I would need the specific workflow.
