Why the platform is sooooo slow when getting the bot reports?

Hi there,

Seems like the it's all funny lately to see any analytics on PVA it takes a lot of time when doesn't give you an error message.

I'm trying since early hours today to get all the numbers from Oct 2023 and everything I get is just errors or blank page.

Can someone from Microsoft please give us users a clear explanation why that is happening and also, I have the react developer tool installed in my browser and I am seeing the following attached:

Basically, if you guys don't have a dev environment and just using prod environment, that makes sense why the whole thing is going bonkas and very very slow.

Also on Power BI. The app keeps closing automatically and giving errors.

Hey @fernandosilva
This could be a bug. Can you open a support request so that someone can help troubleshoot this with you and look at internal logs?

Hi @fernandosilva,

The analytics dashboards are known to be slow.
I believe we have a backlog item tracking this for when we release an update of that report (cc. @mboninco).

Hi @HenryJammes ,

I can't get a single analytics since beginning of November as the page is always blank or showing what you see below.

No idea what is happening here...

Hi @HenryJammes ,

I opened the ticket and they said that the issue is with PVA, so the PVA have to sort this out as I believe is causing a lot of trouble for many users that need the analytic numbers and resources to improve their customer service with the bots.

Can you share the support request number?
I'm not sure what is meant by "the issue with PVA". Wasn't the support opened on the PVA product?
