Hi Folks,
I have a power platform solution in production which has canvas app and power automate components. Recently I identified a bug in one of the flows and fixed it in dev. Since we have large no. of flows instead of upgrading the whole solution I tried to update just the flow that was changed using a patch solution.
The import was successful (manual export and import of patch solution) but it did not update the flow. Pretty sure it will update if I upgrade the entire the solution but would like know what I could be doing wrong.
I do not have any unmanaged layer as allow customization is turned off.

I'm not able to remove either as it's disabled. Could anyone suggest why flow is not updating?
