Is there a way to make the column update itself?
I am using PowerApps to auto populate a SharePoint list column wherein it will calculate the age of a query.
If status is closed, then query resolution date less date when query was raised
If status is open, then get the date today less when the query was created
I already found the way to do the condition but the items is not updating automatically unless user will perform revision per column.
Now, I already set a power automate as well that will send the list of tasks that are already overdue (If query status is open and query age is greated than priorirty value) . This is dependent to the above condition I set.
Is there a way to automatically update the columns of the following:
- Query age - as stated above
- Query alert - if query age is greated than priority value (1, 2, 3 and 5)
