How to delete this PowerApp Value? see screenshot

I find this value from PowerApp is completely useless. When I have that  .Run command on my submit button in my Powerapp to trigger the flow, it asks to pass something to this variable... very confusing... how can I get rid of it here in the flow?

    Yes it is confusing.  However, just add a "dummy" value to the PowerApp parameters.  Nothing will write to the datasouce.  Your users will not see this, it will only be visible to people that have design rights to the PowerApp.  Unfortuately there is not a way to delete the parameter.
