Hi Team,
Requirment is that i had created the MS flow which need to be run on 20th Every month. Hence i have taken the Recurrence as my start activtiy .its working fine but now user want that Recurrence activity to configurable. They will read that value from SharePoint list and accordinly MS flow will start.
How can have custom value in Recurrence as it was 1st activity in MS flow

I am afraid there is no suitable way to achieve your needs now.
Flow does not support such a feature currently.
You could post your idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
