I want my flow to execute once a day at 11 00 AM UTC and gave below details. But flow is not getting triggered at that time.
I tried using minute or hour and it is triggering correctly. Pls help how must we specify to trigger it once a day

It worked when I set start time to past time and hours and minutes after that. I was setting it same as trigger time.
For example suppose today is 27th Oct, set start time to 26th Oct 8 AM and hours to 08 and minutes to 00. This worked.
