Nav 2017 Odata timeout

Hi my trigger is failing to chek data on customer list. I tried everything on forum. I have separate intance using navuserparsword

I add webservice key i can connect mynav2017 bu flow cant reach it. Any suggestions.

    I changced O DATA URI to ODATAV4.

    It make initial run 12 seconds and say no modifed data found after 2nd or 3rd run it says 

    The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed,
