Hello everyone,
I'm an Automate newbie. I have a simple flow set up for a request form - we recently centralized service requests through one form. Our vision of a successful flow is 1) the respondent receives a confirmation email of receipt, then 2) responses are screened for topic and who submitted the form. Then, 3) an notification email is sent to our shared team inbox (notifying us of a response), and will ALSO copy (CC) a specific team member if their topic was selected. These pieces seem to work fine.
What I'm having issues with is the final condition. We plan to (retroactively) fill out the form for anyone who reached out directly, so I'd like to include a condition that will NOT copy (CC) the specific team member if THEY were the ones who filled it out. The goal is to avoid having a duplicate notifications, since that specific team member would already be familiar with the request (since they filled it out).
There are four topics that this would happen for - Internship Program, Clinical Supervision, Leadership Development, and EmployeeU. As I was testing with the team, it seems that only one of these works (the EmployeeU one). All the other ones seem to be sending an email to the specific team member even if they filled it out. What am I missing?
Attached are some screenshots of what I'm looking at. Thanks in advance!
