Send users single email with multiple Excel rows, but cell can contain more than 1 e-mailadres

Hi everyone,
I made this (Send one email per user with multiple SharePoint items in Power Automate) flow. However: I have a column which can contain more than 1 email adres, so instead of this:
 
Row 1: email1@mail.com
Row 2: email2@mail.com
Row 3: email2@mail.com
Row 4: email1@mail.com
ect.
 
My Excel table can look like this:
Row 1: email1@mail.com
Row 2: email1@mail.com;email2@mail.com
Row 3: email2@mail.com
Row 4: email1@mail.com
ect.
 
So with my Excel table with this flow it goes like this:
Send row 1 and 4 to email1@mail.com
Send row 3 to email2@mail.com, 
Send row 2 to both email2@mail.com and email1@mail.com (in 1 mail with both in the CC)
 
Instead, I want this:
Send row 1, 2 and 4 to email1@mail.com
Send row 3 and 4 to email2@mail.com
 
 
Somehow I need to split them, so I tried some things with the split expresssion but no luck so far, only errors..
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated

    What is the logic who will get which emails?
     
    I think you need to add the action Condition and use logic something like "if x contains email1@mail.com send to email1@mail.com" 
     
    Instead, I want this:
    Send row 1, 2 and 4 to email1@mail.com
    Send row 3 and 4 to email2@mail.com

    Hi sroo,
    To answer your quenstion: the Excel is a table which imports several SharePoint lists, so I don't know beforehand which emails there are and aren't going to be.

    Send users single email with multiple Excel rows, but cell can contain more than 1 e-mailadres
    I eventually got it fixed. I made a script in Excel to split the email's and put them in new rows. Then in my flow I added the action Run script. It works great :)
