Flow Completing after first Response to Email with Options

Hello everyone!

I am attempting to build a Flow where I press a buttton and it emails everyone in my current meeting with a survey.  The survey is in the form of an Email with Options.  The problem is, after the first person responds to the Email with Options question, the Flow ends and everyone else gets an error.

I believe this is because a single email is being sent with all of the attendees instead of an individual email being sent to each meeting attendee.

I have tried configuring the flow in many ways to accomplish this but I keep coming back to the same issue.

Please help!

    Hi @Barry_Griswold,

Send an email with option action can only be sent to a user to select the corresponding option.

Once the user selects one of the options, all the options will be invalid.

It seems that this action is not suitable for your current needs scenario.

If you just want to submit some information or choose an option, you could use MS Forms, send the link of the created Forms as the body of the email.

    Best Regards,

Isn't there a way to convert the attendees list to an array, and then perform an Apply to Each to send separate Emails with Options to each attendee?

I tried an MS Form, but it cannot be embedded in an email.  I really wanted it to be something where the meeting attendee could respond right in the body of the email.
