Hello all,

I'm looking for some help.

I have two calendars in my app. They do not sync to Outlook or anything like that, nor do I want them to. They just record absences of employees into an SP list.

The one calendar is for public holidays. The other is the actual absence recording.

I need the public holidays to be displayed in the absence recording calendar and for the life of me I cannot figure it out.

Does anyone know how I accomplish this?

Hi @johanduvenage ,

Could you please share the Items of both calendars? Generally speaking, in the absence recording calendar you need to use a Rectangle or Label, changing its display name and/or color based on the current date is equal to a holiday using LookUp function.

color:

IsBlank(LookUp(Holidays, Date = ThisItem.Date))

name:

LookUp(Holidays, Date = ThisItem.Date, HolidayName)
