Websitesetting Terms Agreement not showing when using invitations

I have a website to which I invite users who I have previously entered manually. When they initially log in with the invitation code sent, they should accept the Terms & Conditions. Power Pages has such a setting (Authentication/Registration/TermsAgreementEnabled). Unfortunately, this is not displayed when they log in with the invitation code. Does anyone have any experience of how this can still be enforced?

    Hi @raphiisol 

    can you confirm the site setting is set to true.

    after setting to true. Clear or purge the site cache.

     

    Make sure to test with a new user.

    I can confirm it works with registration via Invitations.

     

    Have you set both:

    • Site Setting "Authentication/Registration/TermsAgreementEnabled" to true
    • Content Snippet "Account/Signin/TermsAndConditionsCopy" with some html content 

    Also

    • Make sure you do not have multiple settings with the same names for the same Site.
    • Make sure your users Contact record has not previously accepted the terms and conditions (if they have the field "Portal Terms Agreement Date" will be populated with a value - don't think it is on the contact form by default e.g. add it into the Contacts list view to see if it is populated).
