How to send email to address from excellist based on form submission critieria

I have a form that I created and right now I have a flow that records the submissions from that form in Excel. I also have a separate excel sheet (Sheet 2) with a list of countries and products that coordinate with a specific email address/person in charge. What I need is when a form is submitted and someone inputs USA>Apple Pie then I need it to send an email to the "email address" that corresponds with the person in charge of the USA and Apple Pie. I have my flow working currently to record the form submission and add the answers into an excel, so I don't need to add a row. I just need my flow to continue by then taking the submission and sending an email to the right person based on the form submission answers.

So if I understand correctly, you need:

When a new response is submitted

Get response details

Save to excel

Fetch the country information

Apply to each

Condition for the "USA>Apple Pie" part

If yes then send an email with the information from Excel

This is a snip of what I currently have, but it is still not sending an email to the correct address when it comes to a form submitted with USA>Apple Pie.
