承認テンプレート(新しいアイテムが追加されたときに承認する)を利用して承認フローを作成した。
フローの作成者がアイテムを追加すると、トリガーが作動してフローが実行されたが、別の担当者がアイテムを追加するとトリガーが作動しない。
トリガーが作動しない原因は、何が考えらるでしょうか。

Do you have the problem that the flow owner could trigger the flow while others cannot trigger the same flow?
Please make sure that your flow is shared to others. here is the link that shows how to share the flow:
