Hi there,

Hoping someone can help me out - new to using Power Automate!

I created a flow for a vacation approval process but would like for the flow to check the team's outlook calendar to see if there are any vacation conflicts. I am hoping to include any conflicts in the approval email so the approver knows if there are any vacation conflicts and with which staff member prior to approving or declining.

Also, where in my flow would I include the calendar conflict check?
