Adding line managers into a 365 group.

So, I'm trying to create a flow that will list all users in our tenant, if the 'manager' field is populated, get the UPN of said manager and put that user into a group.

 

Dynamic user groups do not currently utilise this field.

 

Advice on best route forward? Anyone else already have this in place?
