lookup value from powerapp return blank result

Hi everyone!

I have code in default of a text input
If(
    !IsBlank(ThisItem.'Business Unit'),
    LookUp(
        EmployeeMaster,
        'User Account' = Office365Users.UserProfileV2(DataCardValue12.Selected.Email).userPrincipalName,
        'Full BU'
    ),
    ThisItem.'Business Unit'
)

This was used once before and it returned the result of the number I wanted it to see.
Then I made changes to the SharePoint list and focused more on deleting the information and replacing it with information.
The issue is that it returns blank instead of the FULL BU number in the datacard (As the screenshot below it should be returning the Full BU of that User Account).
May I know how to fix this?

    Hi,

    The userPrincipal Name will be all lower case, but in your picture the persons UP/Email is upper case.

    That's your issue. Also, please make sure that the UP actually matches the Email, and that you shouldn't be checking the email instead

    Either way, the issue is the Capital versus lower case. So either change SharePoint when you create records to make them all lower case, or you need to
    make that distinction in the Filter.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response!

    I try changing to the UP/Email to lower case but it does not suggest it. Hench, I even try using the below formula:

    If(
        !IsBlank(DataCardValue12),
        LookUp(
            EmployeeMaster,
            Lower('User Account') = Lower(Office365Users.UserProfileV2(DataCardValue12.Selected.Email).userPrincipalName)
        ).'Staff ID',
        ""
    )

    but it not working as well the data is showing blank!
