gallery set up in distinct() format, now I need to return unique values from the distinct gallery

First image shows distinct values in a column from my SP list. I need the textbox to show unique values within the same SP list:

    I just decided to create a new list with the data in the orientation I needed.

    Hi, @nosatt 

    According to your second screenshot, you have used the LookUp() function to display other fields in your table. What exactly do you want to achieve?
