I'm trying to create a repeating table in power app but instead of creating one raw , 2 rows get created which cause duplicates,. when I hit the save , 2 rows get created and all total numbers get duplicated as well. any suggestion what might cause the duplicate?

The reason is, your Patch and Collect function(s) both create the new Items. So it will be 2. Use either one of them.
The difference between Patch and Collect is, Patch can only add to an existing collection whereas Collect will create the collection if it doesn’t already exist.
