Can I use single flow created by one user with trigger point "When HTTP Request Received" for my complete PowerApps Portal application
Is there any limitations for Power Automate flow like number of hits?
Example:
1. I will create one flow with admin user to Create CDS records with trigger point "When HTTP Request Received"
2. I will use generated URL from Power Automate flow in PowerApps Portal application code to create CDS records

You can see the following documentation for limits on calls: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config
One thing to keep in mind is that your URL call will be client-side, so you may want to investigate ways of securing the call within the PowerAutomate in order to prevent an authenticated user from copying the call and then abusing it outside of your Portal.
