Checkbox that depends on person and group

Hello!

So.. I got a listbox on powerapps that has a person and group column (from an sharepoint list) as item property and it can vary how many peopla are selected in this listbox.

Depending on this listbox I would like to have checkboxes to the right of each name that you can check/uncheck. If its one person I want it to generate one checkbox etc.

Anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Why don't you use a gallery instead and add a checkbox within the gallery? This way it will be always dynamic, based on the records you have in your dataset.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please tell me how you set the Items property of the Listbox?

Do you want to check the Checkbox if the user is selected?

If you want to check the checkbox when the right use is selected in the Listbox, please check as below.

    Listbox2 Items:

ForAll(Tracking.IfYesEnterMailID,IfYesEnterMailID.DisplayName)// IfYesEnterMailID is the Person column

    Checkbox 1 Text:

    First(ForAll(Tracking.IfYesEnterMailID,IfYesEnterMailID.DisplayName)).Value

     Checkbox 1 Default:

    If(Checkbox1.Text in ListBox2.SelectedItems,true,false)

     Hello! @v-qiaqi-msft

The item property of the listbox is:

    ThisItem.Tekniker

Tried this instead and only got error:
    ForAll(Tracking.Tekniker;Tekniker.DisplayName)

I only need the checkboxes to appear on the right side of the listbox for each name that pops up on the listbox. When I check the box it should be saved somewhere.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please tell me that if you put the Listbox into a Form or not?

Please provide a screenshot of your app configuration.

If the ThisItem.Person could help you get the users selected in the Listbox, please just follow your original formula and replace all the ForAll() formula with your ThisItem.Tekniker.

    Checkbox 1 Text:

    First(ThisItem.Tekniker).Value

     Checkbox 1 Default:

    If(Checkbox1.Text in ListBox2.SelectedItems,true,false)
