Sharing Azure and O365 connectors

Hi,

I have built a Powerapp that calls a Power automate workflow. The workflow connects to Azure and O365 using the standard connectors. The authentication is configured with a service account. The application works but if I share the application with someone its prompts them to connect to Azure and O365 with their account. From what I understand is that I can share the data connections so that users will not get prompted for credentials. So in power automate I go to data - connections and select share on one of the connections. Select everyone in my organization and save - the following error appears -

The connection with id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_azuread/connections/shared-azuread-573bb33a-bd10-48c2-87f9-4ede2331c439' of type 'azuread' cannot be shared

This is the same error for the O365 connection.

Please advise.

I'm facing the exact same problem. I hope that Microsoft soon will give us the opportunity to share the Azure AD connector and the O365 connector.

Hi Astengaard,

I did find another way to share the connector - If you change the Powerapps trigger in the flow to Powerapps (V2) that enables the flow for impersonation. You can then change the run-only users to use the service account.
