Inputs Not Filling Web Forms

I created a webform that when it is filled out by one of our employees, Power Automate Desktop would go to another website and fill out another form automatically for the employee (saving time). It works great in the testing but when we go live Power Desktop does not fill out any of the input fields. But when I look at the flow it shows that the input fields have the information in Power Desktop.

I have tried to copy the desktop flow but still get the same issue. There are about 25 input fields. Any suggestions?

may I know what command you are using to input the fields ?

You can input text in 2 ways:
1. "Populate text field on web page" command
2."Focus on text filed on web page" command and sent text via "send keys" command
"Populate text field on web page" command did not worked for me so I used Focus text field and it worked for me. Hope this info helps you.

Thanks for the information but it did not fix our problem. Sometimes it transfers the information to the form but most of the time it does not.
