What options do i have if my goal is to let the end-user upload files from a powerapps?
I rather not let my user attatch files to a sharepoint list since file-management is limited in a list.
I want to let my users store files in a sharepoint document library instead.

You can achieve it through MS flow because of the Create File action for SharePoint in flow.
Here is an excellent video form Shane on how to upload a file directly to a SharePoint Document Library, which should inspire you.
