I am working with an outside consultant. They are trying to setup a SFTP-SSH connector via Power Apps to connect to our on prem FTP server.
They are receiving the following error 504 - BadGateway. (error attached).
Separately on the server when analyzing the security logs, I see Event ID: 4798 related to the account they are trying to connect with via Power Automate.
Any help is highly appreciated.
P.S. The IPs addresses associated with Power Automate services have been allowed on our firewall.
Thank you in advance for any tips on how to resolve the issue.
