My App is not show up in the browser or teams when opening

I have created an canvas app and it works with in designer when I play it. I have published it and when I try and open in the browser or teams it opens the app but there is nothing on the screen - its just blank. I'm puzzled as to why this is ahppening. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I have restarted my browser and teams and I get the same result.

    Hello @iKettle 

     

    There number of possibilities here:

     

    (1) Check the published version of your app and see which version is live.

    Check if the most recent version is published. Like the image below, it shows that Version 3 is currently published which if in your case might have a blank home screen.

    (2) Check the StartScreen of your app as there might be codes there that's detecting how it should be opened

    Also, check if you have screens with Empty boxes.

     

    (3) Try another browser. If you are using Chrome, don't add another user, instead, try Mozilla or Edge. Also, restart your internet connection. A possible cause might be an intermittent connection.

    I have checked all of this. I createds this app in my personal team. I exported it as a solution and sent it to another collegue. But there is no sharepoint lists within the solution as dependencies. I then imported this solution into power apps web environment and I see some variable its asking for;

    I have know idea what these are or what they should be....any help would be appreciated.
