Data not showing up in data table

Hi,

In the pic below,

freshyshreya_0-1670596309128.png

I want to show items for United States(1) if user email matches in the Data Table(2). The formula is working fine for all the email ids and countries except one(marked as 1 in the pic). For this particular email,no value gets displayed in the data table(2) though values are there in the SharePoint and email id is also correct.

Please help in fixing this!

Thanks,

Freshy

    Hello,

First, on that user's screen, check if that email joseph... is reflecting on that user's account. I once encountered this issue and the cause was that that user was set with two company mails. And even though she is using the latest lady@ABC.com, her primary email in Microsoft exchange wast still lady@DEF.com.

I hope you get my idea.

Also, check for any extra spaces.

Also try Trim(User().Email), sometimes there are spaces inadvertently added after the name.

    Hi @cha_cha ,

You mean that the email which has been used to sign in to SharePoint needs to be used in the power apps as well.If yes,I checked email id is same in both the places.

In order to check whether that person has a primary microsoft exchange email like the example you gave below:

"And even though she is using the latest lady@ABC.com, her primary email in Microsoft exchange wast still lady@DEF.com."

Where should I go and check for the primary email in Microsoft Exchange?

    Thanks,

    Freshy

    Hello @freshyshreya

You could actually just do it in the Admin Center.

But I doubt you will find it to be the cause since you have confirmed.

Another thing, can you double-check on the SharePoint list for the rows where his data is? See if there are any misspellings or extra spaces. Another way is actually replace the text in SharePoint with the actual email text from PowerApps and sees why it is still not filtering.

Also, I notice your filter contains Disable<>"yes".

Is Disable a Yes/No column? If it is a yes/no column, replace your code with Disable=false
