how to insert data from excel file (sharepoint folder) to sql table through azure notebook.

uploading excel file from power apps to sharepoint folder. from sharepoint folder through power automate inserting the excel data into sql table. by taking insert a row.  but when loading huge data like 10K its taking 4 hours to insert data into sql table.  can anyone suggest a faster insertion . or is it possible to insert the excel data from sharepoint folder to sql table through azure notebook.
