On-Premises Data Gateway

Hello, I've been testing my app using a MySQL server hosted on my laptop. I now want to move it to a server hosted elsewhere, to do this I need to reconfigure the on-premises data gateway, however I see no settings to edit it anywhere. When I try to install a new one I get an error saying that I need to remove the old one first, however when I go to the gateways menu on the powerapps webpage it says that I have no gateways. Any idea how I can either reconfigure the existing one, or remove it so I can configure a new one.

Which type of On-premises data Gateway do you install in your PC? On-premises Data Gateway or on-premises Data Gateway (Personal Mode)?

Do you mean that you could not see the installed On-premises data gateway in your PowerAppd web portal?

Please check if the gateway you installed in your PC is the on-premises Data Gateway (Personal Mode). Currently, the On-premises Data Gateway (Personal Mode) is not visible within PowerApps Web Portal.

If you want to manage the installed On-premises Data Gateway, please go to Power Platform Admin Center, then you could edit all availables installed On-premises Gateway there if you have enough permission, e.g. Your are "Global Administrator" in your Office 365 Tenant.

In addition, if you install your On-premises Data Gateway, please make sure that the region where the gateway is installed must map to the region of your Power Automate and Power Apps environment in order to view, connect to, and manage the gateway in that environment.

Hi @Anonymous, thanks for the link, however I am unable to uninstall my current gateway.

Thanks for the reply @v-xida-msft, I'm not certain if my gateways is in personal mode or not, it does not appear on the powerapps web portal though.

I am not seeing any useful options in the admin centre, it looks the same when signed in with my (non-admin) account as well as an admin account.

As mentioned with @Anonymous, the migration doesn't work for me as it requires the gateway to not be installed.

I am fairly certain that everything is set up in the same region, I'm at a small, local company and I see no reason to change the region at any point.

At this point I would be happy if someone could explain to me how to eradicate this thing from existence, I'm perfectly happy to set up a new one from scratch, however no matter what I do it doesn't seem to go away, whilst also preventing me from installing a new one.
