Automatically tag a use4r in a channel based on a keyword

I’m looking to tag a specific person based on the alert that is triggered with Newrelic on Teams. I have integrated new elic with teams to receive the notifications.

For example, when there is an alert about an issue that comes in, I want to tag @Jasmine from the channel. Can someone please advise? Thanks!

    Hi @havishkah

You could use 'Get an @mention token for a user' action to mention or tag in the message posted on teams. You could pass the mention token in the message as shown below:

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

    Hi @ManishSolanki

When a specific alert triggered by looking at the message content, I need to tag separate users, can it achieve this?
