Hi,
I am trying to insert form responses automatically into a Word document. This is my current flow. I understand that 'File Content' only takes another file but I don't know how to work around that. I hope someone has a suggestion.

You have to create placeholders in the word document for that and place the word document template in OneDrive or SharePoint Document Library.
Please follow the below thread , instead of Data verse you can use your responses from the MS Form.
