Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a flow that needs to create an approval request saved in a SharePoint list. There is one user of the app who is getting the error: "Error from token exchange permission denied due to missing connection ACL". We checked his in Power Apps > Connections and his SharePoint connection said "Connected".

The connection reference on the flow is valid and no one else seem to be having issues based on the flow's run history.

I had him try clearing all his cache and browsing history and tried different browsers and devices and still have the same issue. I do not want to make changes on the app or the flow yet since it's working for everybody else.

Can anyone help please?
