How to get Both Condition Status is True then Send v2 Email or Send V2 Email to Creator

Hi Team,

I Was created Flow and Object of Flow,.

When Item Created By User, Start and Wait Approval Email Sent to Reviewer.

Reviewer Should Review the File in Link an Item then he goes to change "Reviewer_Status" Column ( There is Two Option - Approved\Rejected ) if File is ok, he selects "Approved option" in "Reviewer_Status" Column

Then Reviewer Should Click the "Approve" Button for Start and Wait Connector Email.

Expected Result

Connector = Reviewer_Status_Column = Status

Approve = Approved = Right
Approve = Rejected = Wrong
Approve = Blank = Wrong

@jinivthakkar my issue, am not getting the "Yes" Condition Result,. even Reviewer Status - Approved & Approval is approved also, getting "No" Condition Result.

@guna_win13 just try the value like Approved or 'Approved' or "Approved" something should work, did you try all of these combinations ?
