Business event will not process when action is preformed through a batch job - only when manually triggered

Hi all,

I've built a flow within power automate. When a purchase order is confirmed - an e-mail is sent to the requester. The flow works fine as long as I press "Confirm" on the PO manually. The business event is triggered and processed. But we want to setup the confirmation with a batch job which I did - however now the business event does not seem to even trigger anymore as the flow does not run when the confirmation is triggered through a batch job. It seems that it's not that its not only processed but not even triggered.

The "funny" thing is that this works fine in our test environment, the flow is triggered when confirming the PO via a batch job - however not in production. I've double/triple checked the settings multiple times and as far as I can see they are the same. Anyone have any input/ideas about this? Or any parameter which I might not have activated in PROD but in test?

Trying to get this to the top again as I still have not been able to figure out what is wrong.. Appriciate any help!
