Microsoft forms flow sends approvals based on supervisor (6 possible) then if approved must be sent to overall supervisor

I am working on a Microsoft form for staff to request attending a conference. The form has a question for the requestor to identify their direct supervisor. Based on that response I want to send an email and request for approval to the correct corresponding supervisor. I am not sure how to create a flow that would notify just the correct first level supervisor.

Secondly-

When the first level (direct supervisor) approves then I need to notify the overall department supervisor.

I am very new to Powermate so any assistance would be appreciated.
