That's certainly an option. It seems like overkill as I don't actually need to automate anything in Outlook per se, just create an email as draft, to allow a human review.
Part of the issue here is that there doesn't seem to be a way native to Desktop that allows this kind of functionality, without using an HTTP API call to the message end point. Same goes for the cloud Automate flow, except there is at least a preview of an HTTP connector that handles the authentication for you.
I would very much like to just use configuration somewhere vs custom coding an API call. Seems like a significant oversight, as the only other alternative I'm aware of to allow human review is using an Approval flow; again overkill.
