Filter Dates in Gallery

I would like to Filter records in a gallery by date (using the date values as numeric).  This is to avoid delegation issues.  I'm trying something similar to what is below the pic but have been unsuccessful.  Any suggestions?

Filter(

    [@MEWPInspection],

    StartsWith(

        MEWPWO,

        tbSearchWO.Text

    ) && (CreatedByDN = ComboBox1.Selected.Value || ComboBox1.Selected.Value = Blank()) && (CreatedDateNo = Value(

        Text(

            DatePicker1.SelectedDate,

            "[$-en-US]yyyymmdd"

        ) || (DatePicker1.SelectedDate = Blank())

    )

    )

)

    @RJF61

    What data source are you using and what's the data  type of your CreateDateNo column? Date columns are delegable in SharePoint so there shouldn't be any need to store a numeric number to overcome a delegation issue.

    @timl Data source is SharePoint.  CreateDateNo is a single line text.  I was utilizing a variable.  Basically, all I want to do is be able to filter my gallery on text (filter) and/or 'CreatedBy' and/or 'Created'.

    @RJF61 - if CreatedDateNo stores single line text in the format yyyymmdd, there's no need to call Value on the result of the formatted datepicker value.  Value returns a number and in the case of your filter criteria, you want to be comparing text and text values.

    Filter(
     [@MEWPInspection],
     StartsWith(
     MEWPWO,
     tbSearchWO.Text
     ) && (
     CreatedByDN = ComboBox1.Selected.Value ||
     ComboBox1.Selected.Value = Blank()
     ) && (
     CreatedDateNo =
     Text(
     DatePicker1.SelectedDate,
     "[$-en-US]yyyymmdd"
     ) || (DatePicker1.SelectedDate = Blank())
     )
     )
    )

    @timl Thanks for the response.  When I enter a date in the Datepicker and perform the Text function I receive 20230626.

    It appears to me that the values match but the filter does not work.  Does the Text(Created) need to occur in the Flow?
