Every time i'm importing a solution i got "timeout ....eccconnection".
I have to retry many times until it Works

I would tell you to try a new environment and try to care there and see if the same thing happens because it could be environment issues.

This usually happens when our solution has many objects. You would have to see if your solution is very large and perhaps work by grouping objects. There are some ways to group the objects related to the FrontEnd and Backend into separate solutions, which may be what weighs more.
