Flow runs successfully, but shows running, not Succeeded

I built a flow that when an item is added to a SharePoint list it will send an approval request to my supervisor.  I tested this morning with my supervisor and the flow ran accordingly.  Supervisor received email, he approved, I received an email with his approval, SharePoint list was updated.  The only problem is the flow seems to be still running.  Would anyone have any idea what's happening here?
