How to share powerapps connecting with personal O365 account

Hi all,

I'm trying to share my app connecting with O365(one driver for business and flow) using my personal account with my colleague.

I set his account in "shared with" as user.

When he access my app, he need to connect with my O365.

It mean that I need to show my account information(Mail address and password) to him.

Do you know the way to share my apps without showing my account information?

Hi @nyosuke,

If you want the users to use your apps that contains some connectors, then they will need their own account of the connectors and the proper permission about the data inside the app. Or else they cannot access the connections and the data inside, then they cannot read the app. When they do no have their own account, and you want them to use yours, sorry but I'm afraid that their is actually no way to do this without showing your account information.

I want to confirm the proper permission in this situation.

In my case, I and my colleagues have their own O365 account.
My app have the connections with O365 outlook and ondrive for business using my account.

If I want my colleages to share my apps,
they need to access the connections using not ther own account but my account, because the connecitons are used by my account, isn't it?

Do you know the best way to share my apps made by powerapps to my colleagues?
I feel this situation is common...

If you save to the cloud, a button to share the app will appear on that screen. Give it a try and let us know if you run into problems!

Hi @nyosuke,

About the OneDrive for business, you could share the file/folder to the user with the proper permission. Then he will be able to read it from PowerApps using his own account. And with the Office 365 outlook, please try to share the mail folders with the users and se if they could access the emails in PowerApps.
