Error: file with name already exists - power automate/sharepoint

I'm stuck with the following situation:
I've a sharepoint list, where items are created and documents attached to them by email. When an item is updated (adding new attachments or changing a field), another email is sent. But I have gotten the following error that a file with the name "xxxxx" already exists.
