Hi, just started looking into CDM. Is this like a serverless database? To be useful, I think we need a way to write stuff to the entities from Azure Functions, for example, and also provide a C# SDK to be able to connect to it and do CRUD operations. Is this in the work? Also is PowerBI able to query it? I can see there is already a preview connector to it from Logic Apps which is great. Thanks.
It is not documented where the CDM data will be stored.
For C# SDK check if there is a request raised in PowerApps Ideas or submit one.
CDM data can be exported / imported through Excel. So I think you can use it in PowerBI and manipulate.
Ok..i added an idea for C# SDK...I just can't believe it is not there already 🙂 Regarding PowerBI, I meant a direct query against CDM. I also added that idea. Thanks.
