Hi all

I am looking for a way to rename exported paginated reports from Power Bi

Background:

I have a Power BI report (dashboard view of data) with an embedded paginated report(table view of data) linked by company and region filters.

The issue is that every time a user exported a paginated report it retains the original name that it was saved under in the workspace.

All exports are saved in the same SharePoint folder, so It would be useful to auto rename exports with the following format as.

"data-company filter-region filter-userID.xlsx"

Is there a way to this in Power Bi using the Power automate visual or the SharePoint tool.

I am open to all suggestions.
