MS Flow Request manager approval for a selected file only owner can request?

Hi,

I wan to use Request manager approval for a selected file so that members of a site can request approvals but it is only the owner of the site who can se the request approval option when selecting an item and click flow in the library.

Is that normal?

Update: I found the settings in MS Flow.

Hi @SpDev ,

If you add the SharePoint list/library as a run-only user, then all the users that have read/write access to the document library automatically have permissions to run the flow from the flow menu in SharePoint.
